125% Price Match Guarantee Policy

Inviting Lighting strives to be fair and do everything possible to keep our current and future customers pleased with our services and prices. A “Price Match Guarantee” has been established to make sure our customers are paying fair market value and are not paying too much. Our way of saying thank you for giving us the opportunity to do business with you. Price Match is based off of "Advertised Posted Pricing, not after coupon use". When 125% price match is not applicable, we will always offer a better price than our competitor sites. Exception, we will not sell at a loss.

How Do I Apply For My Price Match Guarantee?

1. Email sales@invitinglighting.com and notify Inviting Lighting if you have found a lower advertised price.

2. Include the name of the online company and website product page that you have found the product priced lower.

3. You must provide the documentation of the cost of the product including shipping, handling, taxes and if coupons were used.We will most always beat our competitors pricing. The 125% price match is not formulated from the shopping cart after coupon use. Price match is for posted advertised pricing and after shipping and taxes as stated above.

4. Documentation required: This can be in the form of a screenshot of the checkout page/shopping cart checkout. A screen shot can be obtained by clicking the “Prnt Scrn” key on your keyboard within the page in which to capture the screen shot (shopping cart checkout page) and pasting it into a Word document or pasting it into the body of an email, attaching the document to an email or sending the documentation via FAX to Inviting Lighting. It’s that easy.

Inviting Lighting will Price Match Guarantee 125% of the price difference on the same exact item; this item must be the same quantity, model number, color, include the same features and accessories if applicable.

Pricing example:

1. Our price $300.00 you find the item from another retailer for $250.00.

2. We reduce the price for you to 125% of the difference; $300.00 – $250.00 = $50.00 for the 100% match and then 25% more $12.50.

3. 125% Price Match Guarantee; $50.00 + $12.50 = $62.50

4. $300.00 (our original price) - $62.50 (price match guarantee) = $237.50 (your final price).

Price Match Guarantee is for Internet only.

Price Match Guarantee will not be offered on items with a sales price under $100.00. Price Match does not apply to clearance items or items that are currently being discontinued and/or marked for close-out, as many manufacturers do not convey close-out items in a timely manner in order to manage pricing.

Price Match is only eligible from competitors that are USA authorized dealers of the product and that are in compliance with manufacturers’ terms and conditions. Non authorized dealers such as individuals selling on eBay, clearance warehouses, refurbished product dealers and liquidations are not eligible.

The product is in stock and available for immediate shipment from the competitor.

The guarantee is applicable to a new order or to open quotes for an order by reducing the price based on the 125% price difference guarantee, when the proper documentation submission.

Price Match is applicable before an order is placed.

Price Match Guarantee must include proof of the total price of the product, shipping, handling costs and tax. Inviting Lighting has the right to confirm the price on a competitor’s website, but we will not call and inquire of shipping and handling fees. So please submit the required documentation.

Price Match Guarantee will not be offered in the event that the price match involves an item that would be sold at a loss or below the manufacturers pricing policy and after shipping and handling costs.

Inviting Lighting is not liable for pricing errors and Price Match Guarantee will not be approved in the event that the competitor clearly has incorrect pricing on their website, due to human error. Example; The cost of an item to Inviting Lighting is $200.00 and another retailer has it marked for a sale price of $110.00. That is clearly an error and failure to update pricing, as this would be below our authorized dealer cost. It is not uncommon for retailers to have outdated pricing on their products per the manufaturers policy.

Price Match does not apply to merchants offering factory-reconditioned, refurbished, closeout, clearance or previously returned items. If you find clearnance items that we have yet to mark down, we will offer the best possible discount.

Price Match Guarantee is limited to two orders maximum per customer in any 60 day time period. Inviting Lighting will allow multiple items per order.

Inviting Lighting reserves the final right to determine eligibility for price guarantee. This policy will never be used for switch and bait or to deceive our customers. We manage hundreds of thousands of products and price match is in place to make sure our customers receive a fair market price. We have the right to change this policy at anytime.
